Week 2 - July 12-16
Joe and Becky Hughes
Rev. Joe and Rev. Becky Hughes serve as Children’s Pastors at Harvest Christian Centre in Park Hills, Missouri. With a passion for reaching the next generation, they are dedicated to helping children develop a genuine, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Through Spirit-led services, passionate worship, and engaging biblical teaching, Joe and Becky create opportunities for children to experience God’s presence and discover His purpose for their lives.
They believe children are not just the church of tomorrow but a vital part of the church today. Their mission is to equip and empower children to understand their identity in Christ and make a lasting impact for the Kingdom of God.
Week 3 - July 19-23
Melissa White
Melissa White is a speaker, missionary, children’s evangelist, and ministry coach with more than 40 years of ministry experience. Called into ministry at a young age, she held her first children’s revival at just ten years old. Her love for people and passion for sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ have taken her to 18 countries across three continents.
Throughout her ministry, Melissa has served as a children’s pastor, youth pastor, worship pastor, and evangelist. She also served as the Youth and Children’s Ministry Coordinator for the AFCENT International Chapel–NATO in the Netherlands. In addition, she has led children’s ministry conferences and workshops both internationally and throughout the United States.
Melissa has a special heart for equipping and encouraging local churches to reach the next generation. She is especially passionate about helping smaller churches use their resources creatively to build effective, engaging children’s ministries that lead children into a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ.
Melissa lives in Ozark, Missouri, with her husband, Adam. They are blessed with twin sons, two daughters-in-law, and four grandsons. Through every season of life and ministry, her greatest desire is to see lives transformed by Jesus and to glorify God in all she does.
Week 4 - July 26-30
Julie Pratt
Julie Pratt is the Assemblies of God Children’s Ministries Director of Discipleship. She has extensive experience in children’s and family ministry, including serving in the local church, Christian higher education, and as a ministry consultant.
Julie has authored articles and been a featured speaker at seminars, training events, and church gatherings. She also speaks at children’s camps and retreats.
Julie is passionate about child discipleship and the role of both the church and the family in helping children become lifelong followers of Jesus. She is gifted at equipping church leaders and parents with strategies to disciple today’s children, helping them stand firm against cultural pressures and become leaders in tomorrow’s church.
