Week 1 - July 6-10 Speaker:
Kalyton Garner, Nathaniel Daily, & Ryan Bennett
This week, SOMO’s very own Klayton Garner - Kids Pastor at Brighton Assembly, Nathaniel Daily - Kids Pastor at New Life, & Ryan Bennett - Kids Pastor at Life360 Chesterfield come together as our Kids Camp Speaker Team. This will be an incredible collaboration of local talent and experience that’s sure to hit the mark!
Week 2 - July 13-17 Zach Preston
Zach Preston is a Kids Pastor, Evangelist, Designer, Leadership Coach, & the Kidmin Liaison for the Michigan Ministry Network.
Zach grew up with a passion for animating, making comics, and making his classmates laugh until he had a seat by the teacher's desk. When his pursuit of Jesus began, he jumped on the opportunity to teach kids about Jesus in a way that made sense to them. Through cartoons, puppets, experiments, illusions, and whatever else he could get his hands on to lead kids into an encounter with a God who is absolutely obsessed with them.
His creative and engaging experiences are Holy Spirit-filled and Jesus-centered. Designed for kids to encounter God in a way that makes sense to them and walk away empowered to do the incredible things He calls them to do.
Week 3 - July 20-24 David Alexieff
David Alexieff is the Assemblies of God National BGMC Director.
David has over 20 years in Children’s Ministries. He’s passionate about raising up the next generation with a heart for missions and helping people discover who they are in Christ. David and his wife, Felicia, have been married 25 years and have a 16-year-old daughter, Jocelyn.
Week 4 - July 26-29 Short Week Karsten & Sam Olson
New This Year!!! Short Week Option (Sun.-Wed.)
This week’s speaker is no stranger to SOMO Kids Camp. Karsten & Sam Olson are returning this year!
They are Kids Pastors at Real Life Church in Indiana. Karsten & Sam have been married for 12 years and have 3 amazing girls.
They do an amazing job at connecting with kids and leaders to help lead them into a deeper relationship with Jesus.
